     Mark Yinger Associates conducts Phase I Environmental Site Assessments in accordance to the Standard Practices for Environmental Site Assessments (ASTM 1527-05).  We use the web based Parcel Platform to efficiently write and disseminate reports to clients and lenders electronically.  

     The finding of an "environmental liability" concern means the potential presence of contamination on a property, contamination from hazardous substances or petroleum products.  The source of the contamination may not be on the property.

  • United Pipe & Supply Distribution Warehouse--Klamath Falls:  Phase I ESA on a warehouse constructed in 2006 on previously undeveloped land.  Client: US Bank
  • Granada Block Redevelopment--The Dalles:  Phase I ESA in historic downtown The Dalles.  Findings led to Phase II investigations.  Phase II Cleanup of contamination will occur at the time of new hotel construction.  Client: Columbia Gateway Urban Renewal Agency
  • Cardinal Glass IG--Hood River:   Expedited Phase I ESA of former orchard land for development of a large insulated glass manufacuturing plant.  Phase II investigation of petroleum, pesticide and herbicide concerns led to excavation and cleanup of contaminated soils. Client: Cardinal Glass IG
  • Country Club Road Re-alignment--Hood River:  Phase I on proposed re-alignment route.  Historic service station site impacts assessed.  Client: Key Development Corporation
  • 747 Blair Office Building--Eugene:  Phase I ESA on historic building near downtown.  Client: US Bank
